About me
Hello!
My name is Willi Schneiter. I was born on 28 April 1949 as the son of a farmer in the municipality of Kappel a.A. in the canton of Zurich.
I am a trained farmer and agricultural engineer with a great love for plant cultivation and nature.
In 1990, I founded Schneiter AGRO AG, a trading company providing consulting services and selling products for agriculture, which is now run by the second generation.
I live in Villnachern in the canton of Aargau, where I still tend a large garden and have been making wine for many years.
Since 2021, I have been travelling regularly to Kenya to visit the GOA Children’s Homes. My motivation is the opportunity to use my personal skills to make a positive difference there, especially through the cultivation of fruit and vegetables.
I feel blessed by the good relationships I have built with the people I have met in Kenya. They are hospitable, helpful and very warm-hearted.
